My stay at Springford was enjoyable, though I worked a lot and was hardly ever home.
I was a bit dissapointed in how I was treated when I gave my notice due to the fact that I had bought a house.
The staff was not very kind to me when I had guestions about the rent I would have to pay after I vacated the apartment.
Though I had been a resident for over 2 years, paid my rent on time, I didn't feel as if they appriciated my prompt rental payments.
I felt as if I was bothering them with my questions and dreaded having to talk to them after the fact.
The community is pretty safe.
Parking can be difficult at times and you have nice views from your apartment.
Maintenance was average with a few trips to fix a single problem at times.
