They need to clean vantilation system.
Bathroom light switch automatically turns fan on[but then dirty dust comes in ]
Every few days, dust get piled up on bathroom floor and kitchen area.
One other thing I wish they would had, is big community mailbox for receiving pacakge. I come home late, and very difficult to pick up my package since the office close earlier than my finish at work.

It's amazing how the negative reviewers never identify themselves. I have lived at Springford for 6-1/2 years and I love it. I love it so much that I rather pay rent here than move to the lovely 2BR/2Bath Condo I inherited from my father in NJ. No staff member has ever been rude to me. The energy you put out is usually the energy that is returned to you. Just food for thought!

I too am a resident of Springford for 6 years. Other than the parking, or should I say lack there of... I'm happy here! I'm frustrated and tired of parking no where near my door at the end of a long day at work! It's a never ending battle with my rude neighbors who park both or more of their vehicles all near the apartment. Thus leaving nothing open for those of us who only drive ONE car! Each time I've complained and even at times, suggested solutions, nothing has been accomplished in changing the parking issues up on Hampton Hill. I pay the same rent as my RUDE neighbors, and I don't have a parking space! Suggestions welcome.

I lived here for 1.5 years back in 2003 and I couldn't say that I didn't like my stay. The appartments were well maintained, parking in my lot was never really an issue, even though I too at times had to park in spaces much further than I would have liked. Sounds like you're neighbors, poorparker, are just rude and selfish. I'd look into maybe moving into a new unit away from them if they are THAT troubling. HOWEVER, upon moving OUT, I did encounter the staff and they were not as friendly to me as I would have liked. Of course, I was moving out, but I paid my rent on time each month and never caused problems and expected a nicer farewell than what I was given. Most people only post negative reviews. and it's those people who usually cause the problems to begin with, so I take this website not so seriously. The reviews I do like to read in respect to the communities I've lived in, are the fair ones that tell it like it is, rather than those who want to blame their problems on the complex.

I have been a resident of Springford for nearly five years. Quite frankly I find the review by this person offensive and ignorant. I've found life at Springford pleasant, the office staff professional yet friendly, and the area hard to beat for both quiet and convenience. In addition, I think someone who is willing to pass judgment on the supposedly uneducated rental office "staffs" should learn how to write a grammatically correct sentence before making a statement degrading the level of education possessed by someone else. One other point of interest, if you take a look at reviews for The Terraces at Springford for the same day (3/25/08), someone wrote a very similar review also referring to the "staffs" at that property in a derogatory way. It would appear this reviewer may not be a resident of either property, rather just someone with too much free time on their hands. My recommendation to anyone reading these reviews, good or bad, visit the properties you're interested in and draw your own conclusions.

Even a Liar tells the truth once in awhile. Its acceptable that one persons experience isn't going to be the same as another. Human nature dedicates ones perspective but the reality cannot be altered. facts are facts. As to anyone posting anonymously- Its a given right on this site read the sign up agreement. thanks though for different views. A common theme seems to be the parking. How is the energy efficiency? Any comments on that?

Dear Poorparker...how many complaints does it take before common sense kicks in with the Management...about the parking situation? has the Manager ever heard or Assigned Parking...pretty much...this would solve 97% of the parking issues...To Rentspender...them being rude to you...just because you chose to Move Out...is a reflection on the Management of the property... I agree with the original poster that the ventilation systems has room for improvement. I'm okay with the fan going on automatically, but I don't like how i can smell cigaratte smoke from my downstairs neighbor. However, this is true with a lot of apartments and a difficult problem to correct. I too would also like a locker system that allows for after hour package pickup, as their hours are not my hours. I disagree with some other posters that this person was rude, as no defamatory statements were made or cursing used.
