Lived in both a two bedroom and a three bedroom at Springford while I was in law school. Both of the units were very nice and came with new paint and carpeting. The appliances weren't new but still in very good condition. Nice pool and good little weight room. Also, the landscaping is very nice - you can tell they take pride in how the community looks. I don't know what some of you are expecting? It's kind of expensive but only in terms of Harrisburg. Trust me you won't find much better in this area. Also, complaining about how far away it is from the city or 22 is kind of silly since you already knew that when you decided to live there. The area is as safe as your going to find. Personally, I prefer paying more and not having to worry about my car getting vandalized or getting assaulted on my way to class.

I'm going on my second year here, and generally agree. The price is a little high and the units could be better insulated, but I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the condition in which everything is kept.
