I lived here for six months. Couldn't wait to get out. There are bugs everyhwhere. I called for the pest control that was promised and told that they don't spray for pests! My refrigerator broke and they replaced it with one that was covered with black, brown and green mold spots all throughout. I called to complain and was told that it only looked that way because I didn't clean it! When I viewed the place I was shown a laundry room with two dryers. I assumed both worked. When I moved in I found out only one worked and that the other had been broken for almost a year. I alerted maintenance and three months later it was still broken. I inquired about this and was told they were waiting on parts. I complained again and was told by the owner to "show some grace." Can you beieve it'! I then complained again and finally, after five months, it was repaired. The steps leading up to the building are crumbling. The banisters are rusty.The tennis court is so pock marked you can't play on it. They don't remove snow and ice in a timely fashion so if you need to get somewhere during inclement weather plan on shoveling yourself out. Oh yeah, almost forgot, Jason is incompetent. He lies!!! And anyone he works for is just like him.

I'm sorry you had such a rough go. My experience has been quite the opposite. I love my apt.
