I almost hesistate to say how amazing this place is because I think it's the best kept secret in Harrisburg and I don't know if I want the word to get out lol.

I enjoy a furnished apartment with all utilities (except electric and internet) PAID for. What a blessing in the winter not to have to worry about the cost of heat! They even have CABLE included in the rent!' Come this place is like Narnia!

Across from my apartment I have a lovely view of a grassy area surrounded in trees with a little bbq and picnic area. This would be nice anywhere but it's also in the heart of Harrisburg! The fact that I routinely see deer from my apartment is just awesome.

My neighbors are pretty quiet and come from all walks of life. Many of them work at the Osteopathic hospital just behind the building - I hardly ever see them. Of course I also work 3rd shift.

There is a washer and dryer on the 1st floor in the back which I've never used because it's a small room and I would rather go to the laundromat. There is plenty of parking, I've never had a problem, most days I have my choice of spots.

The mail carriers will deliver to little cute mailboxes out front or they will bring bigger boxes up to your door. SO AWESOME.

I"m nto sure how the pet thing works for everything. I was todl no dogs or cats but I think my place had JUST been furnished. I was told I can have any animal that I'd have in a cage while I was gone. I haven't tried it yet. I have noticed other people with animals so there is probably some variations in this policy based on your apt.

If I had to say anything negative I guess the water pipes have a little bit of a problem on occassion. The water doesn't taste the greatest and the pipes tend freak out when the weather goes from extreme to extreme but it's always fixed pretty quickly. The fix-it guy is very nice and lives on my floor. He is always on top of things.

I saw the other review mention the maintenance guys coming in without warning, I have never had that happen. Matter of fact they leave a letter in everyone's door saying "We'll be coming to ...change the heater filters from Octber 4-8th" or something like that. I appreciate the heads up as I like to have my apt be nice and tidy when they visit.

I moved here in July of 2008 and time has flown by. I often think this apartment may be too cool for me and I am always thanking the lady who takes my payment - telling her how much I love this place.

If something is open and you want an apartment within a short drive from ANYTHING to you need. Come here! And come say hi! Just don't tell anyone else! We wanna keep this secret right' ;)
