The apartment is very new. It has double glazed vinyl windows with blinds; inspite of this the bedrooms are very cool in the winter.

The gas fireplace is lovely to look at, however it vents heated inside air up the flue which is open whether the unit is operating or not.

Downspouts drain water across the driveway creating lovely black ice.

The narrow staircase makes moving furniture interesting.

The restroom blowers are very noisy. One would think a luxury accomodation would have the more expensive, quiet fans.
