Nice but owners are greedy

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Lived there for 2 years,very nice except for noisy neighbor above. The ceilings should be insulated better for the rent they charge.The driveway is very dangerous in the winter with the drain spouts causing black ice on driveway.Parking is limited in some areas. Don't get an Apt with a sloping driveway, it is bad. My rent was to be increased too high they are too damn greedy,
