Pricey place, yet very loud and noisey. You definitely know when your neighbors are home as the doors shake entire apartment when closed/opened. Can hear conversations through fireplace flu. Front office personnel are rude and inconsiderate. Won't notify you if a package comes to them, even if it sits there for weeks on end (this happened to me on more than 1 occassion). It is true, they are very money-hungry. Had trouble with neighbors, told office and they did nothing. Now neighbor is in jail for drug possession/dealing.

Interior construction is terrible, fixtures are cheap. My towel rack fell off twice, my garbage disposal went and the washer had to be replaced after being there just 2 weeks. Only reason I stayed is because they send your renewel by confirmation mail and automatically lock you in if you don't go get it at the P.O. and send it back (my fault for working 60 hrs a week and not having time for such B.S.).

The only thing this place has going is curb appeal. The rest is poor. Stay away and you'll be glad you did. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
