Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
 
Overpriced, rude staff, noisy ground maintenance (landscaping).
They also make you pay dearly for any rent payment mishap. If you are 5 minutes late, the penalty will rain on you. No love here, just greed and humiliation.
