We were limited on where we could live because we have a large dog. We were relieved to finally find a nice place to live that accepted large dogs, but once I read the lease I was horrified. We really had no choice but to move in because of our dog. You must give 3 months advance notice to renew your lease. In my opinion, having to give 3 month notice forces more people to break their lease (which is VERY expensive). There is no month to month option if you are buying a house and need an extra month or so. Leases automatically renew unless you inform them in writing within 3 months. I know one resident that was forced to renew for this reason. The maintenance staff is on a tight budget so fixes are done as cheaply as possible. We had to deal with the same maintenance issues over and over again because they weren't fixed right the first time. I would also request that maintenance call me to schedule a time to come for repairs because I had a newborn and they would come over without calling first.

This is a nice place to live as far as the the area, apartment itself and the neighbors, but the management company is incredibly greedy.
