My fiance and I were looking for a two-bedroom rental, and we decided we were going to be picky. It had to have a washer and dryer, it had to have new appliances, it had to be in a nice area, etc, etc...

When we were searching, we found that the girls at the leasing office at the Terraces were the friendliest and most helpful around. We took this as an indication of the service we might get if we were tennants. The apartments had everything we could want, too. So we chose Terraces.

So far the only things we've needed service for was a burnt-out oven light and a missing knob--and they took care of it in less than 24 hours. They keep the grounds well-maintaned (with pleasant, but not gorgeous landscaping), and the neighboorhood is very nice. The pool and fitness room are very nice, too (though if you're really a fitness enthusiast you may want to join another gym).

I could go into more detail, but it suffices to say that we really like this place and would recommend it to anyone.

(My "star" ratings are conservative. So a 5-star rating really is a 5-star rating!!!)
