You can definetely tell when your neighbors are home. We live on the lower level and when the above residents walk it sounds like a herd of elephants. In addition, you can clearly hear conversations through the walls, WITHOUT being nosy!! Before we moved in we asked how sound proof the apartments were and they told us that we wouldn't hear a thing. They told us that the apartments were virtually sound proof...that's a LIE! We have not had an issue with maintenance...they are always very friendly and promptly take care of whatever we need. Office staff has not been rude or disrespectful to us, however I don't think they take resident concerns seriously. I think when you have a complaint they act like they will take care of it and just brush it off. Rent is very expensive, however we choose to pay it because of the nice area and convenience of an attached garage.
