I am about to be transferred to another state. If I moved back to Harrisburg I would consider living here again. I am a very particular person and my stay at Treeview has been exactly what I wanted when I moved in 2-years ago. The overall property is neat and clean. There is never trash on the ground and their landscape service does an excellent job. The office staff is always available. The maintenance staff is wonderful too. During my first year here I had my water heater break around 10 p.m. I made one phone call and a worker arrived in less then 20 minutes. I couldn't ask for better neighbors. My building includes couples, singles and a retiree. There are no children in my building but those I see around the property seem to be well behaved. I live in a 1 bd., 1 bth. apartment and the floorplan is great. I read a review that said the dryer caused dust because it wasn't vented to the exterior. They were right, but I discovered a solution. All you need to do is take a piece of 'cheese cloth' and put it across the lint collector box. Change it often and your bathroom will remain dust free. My favorite amentity about my apartment is the large windows and the large living room. I feel very safe and I have never heard about any safety concerns from anyone else. I recommend this community and will miss it when I move.

Did you know average monthly utilities bills are over $200. It took a while for me to understand that the public lighting is changed in my bills.
