if you want to tear your hair out!!! Apts on lower levels are unsafe - windows close to ground and sliding glass doors invited attempted break-ins.
Good neighbors when I moved here but they all move out as its like living in the hood these days.
Damage to car, trash everywhere & smoke filled apts.
Place is falling apart & mngmt does NOT care! Maintenance is awful, enter w/o permission (things stolen from apts).
All this included in your rent which goes up each yr.
Believe what you want but you could save yourself a lot of headaches by not living here...

Please, please read the terms and conditions before you rent Treeview. They are biggest liars in town. You terms will renew yearly and you will nerver be able to move out without 2 months notice and 2 months breakage rent plus forget about your deposit (they will find ways to account it for their damage and improvements).
