This apartment is nice and somewhat quiet. The major thing that bothered me was that the vents for the heating/cooling were right by every window. So my gas and electric bills were outrageous. When I first moved in here they told me that my gas and electric bill should be around $100 combined. But I found out very quickly that they were around $100 a piece. That is expensive for heating a little one bedroom apartment. There was one other thing that bugged me- the dryer. I was reluctant to receive a new washer and dryer in my apartment, but there was no exhaust for the dryer. In the winter it is nice because it heats our apartment, but in the summer it makes my electric bill go up because I have to put the air on high to keep the place at 75. I think that the rent is a bit high and from talking to my neighbors treeview has been raising the rent almost every year. It just seemed pricey for a one bedroom apartment along with the gas, electric and cable it ends up being over 1,000 a month.
