We had many problems with the development. The made promises that were never kept up with, we were treated very disrespectfully, and they were very unkind after we moved in. We loved the apartments when we first moved in. They were very nice and welcoming, but after that they changed.
We waited weeks for repairs, and when we moved into the apt we were told that EVERY appliance was brand new. They weren't. We did get a new stove and dishwasher, but the washer and dryer were over 10 years old and we had a problem with them from the start. Be prepared for a very unpleasant living place.
