I think these apartments are great for people who are just starting out. I am on the second floor. I like the layout, there is a nice little alcove that most apartments in the area don?t have (I use it as an office). The maintenece staff is courteous and takes care of repairs quickly. There is always parking available but it is poorly lit. The neighborhood is quiet with no crime that I am aweare of. No children are aloud in the apartments but are in the townhomes. The only problem is that it costs $35 per year to use the pool, old appliances (70?s maize yelllow) and sometimes they don?t plow very well in winter.
