When we were looking to rent, the woman in the rental office did not make time for us. When we called about looking, all kinds of excuses were made about why they couldn't/wouldn't show us an apartment. We felt as if our very presence and interest in renting an apartment at the community was putting her out. And when stopped in wanting to fill out an application, she said to bring it back at another time, because she had to go out.

Frankly put, if this is the kind of service you can expect BEFORE moving in, what must it be like after you sign a lease' I shudder to think.
