Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
good size for the price. the landscaping really sucks, but if you can look past that its not too bad. huge windows (even the newly installed ones) leave out a lot of heat/cold. Expect to pay around 200 for gas/electric year round. Can't hear neighbors inside house unless they're screaming.
