Not the Best But not the Worst

Be prepared to pay for your pool privledges. The management/maintenance staff are courteous and polite. The service issues are addressed & resolved promptly. Parking spaces are too small, some are not well marked. Townhouses may be 1190 sf & dont have enough space, due to poor design, they do need a lesson or two on how to patch repairs to make the interior look better. It is VERY quiet and little or no crime. If have pets be prepared to pay pet rent...
