I totally agree with the postings from the 12/23/06 author. The rental staff is incredible and friendly they know this place is outdated. Maintance is also responsive but sort of sloppy, (shower painted with flat paint, paint all over baseboard tiles). Somewhat messy when we moved in but they were quick to fix everything. My major complaint is it costs a fourtune to heat this place, i live by myself and I am conservative with the tempature but the gas bill is still $150-$200 per month. Snow removal is iffy also, today was the first snowfall of 07 and I am not impressed. Landscaping is less then desireable, no one cleaned up leaves freom the fall
