I lived there far too long.... (about 6 years) but I had roommates and it was too difficult to move.
Where do I begin'' Our Living room flooded 2 times and all they did was bring big fans in and lift the carpet up to dry!!!
Since we had moved in our apartment/townhome had smelled like cat pee. We complained about a dozen tmes before anything was done. When maintance decided to do something they actually cut open the walls and inside the walls there was cat pee they had to soak up. Needless to say they left our walls open for like a month before we called again to see if they were done with the work so the walls could be closed up again. Our upstairs bathroom would leak water into our dinning room and the ceiling would have a brown spot all most every year all year long... except the last year we lived there. It took months of calling before anyone would actually do something... they just painted over the problem. Our last year they installed new windows and a new sliding glass door in the living room. We were spring cleaning the next warm day and noticed the sliding glass door was never sealed... infact we could see to the outside on the right side of the door!!! No wonder it was always cold in the winter in the living room and hot in the summer. Our air conditioner never worked right and we complained about that too... and never got anything but a used air conditionor from another apartment. It was always hot in the summer it was like we didn't have AC.
Never rent here... we are so glad to be out. In fact we took pictures of all the problems we had over the years and got them out the day we were moving out to laugh about all the crap we put up with.... ugh!
We still can't believe we put up with all those problems over the years.... what was wrong with us!!
