This was a fairly decent place to live about a year ago. However, that we have new management things are changing for the worse.

1) Maintenance is trifling!!! They come and do very novice work in your home and never put things back the way they found it. For example, repairing shower-- took shower curtain down, never put it back up-- removed some chaulk and still looks a mess filled with mildew and mold. I used to like when maintenance came because they were courteous and respected your home...not anymore. Came and repaired AC unit while raining (thumbs up) then tracked mud all over the living room (Note--we have the lightest carpet ever in apartment history)even after I placed a mat at the sliding door for them to wipe their feet.

2) Rent increase is horrible, even if you do not occupy a remodeled home. They don't provide you with landscaping or other wonderful amenities and extras as the surrounding apartment communities offer.

3) They are allowing any and everyone to move in here-- people who don't care how their home looks--trash bags and card board boxes in windows. So this reflects management not caring enough to say make sure the property looks decent at all times.

4) Apartments are becoming very outdated and require greater assistance than what is being provided.

However, everything is not that bad.
A couple of good things...

1) I had made wonderful friends with neighbors and their children

2) This would really be a great place if they fixed it up...inside and out and offered more to their so called valued residents.

3) Nice living space and the area is located in an east accessible location.
