PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF MOVING HERE!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE ADDITIONAL STRESS YOU ALREADY ENDURE ON A DAILY BASIS (READ THE LEASE FULLY and UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE YOU SIGN IT)!!!
STAFF WITH ATTITUDES (for whatever reason)...if you don't like what you do get a degree and another career is what I would say.
RENT - OVERPRICED for the falling down apartments (especially those not remodeled)
MAINTENANCE - WHO ARE THEY' THEY ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING'
GROUNDS - A MESS!!! LANDSCAPING NONE...THEY MOW and SLOW TO REMOVE SNOW
SAFETY - NOT WELL LIT (stop by at night)
CONSTRUCTION - Not well maintained --they are making attempts, not well insulated, the inside of the dwelling is falling down because of the so called maintenance continue to patch inside of completely fixing something, e.g. dining room ceiling leaks and has stains in it because of something leaking from the bathroom above...their continued solution paint over it....HAHAHA)
NOISE - cars loud, neighbors can be heard through the wall with their conversation or sometimes tv.
PARKING - Adequate but not in a convenient location
STAFF - WHY DO YOU WORK HERE IF YOU ARE MISERABLE'''' Her attitude is the worse, she couldn't even fake a positive side if she wanted to...unless you are signing your lease and then back to her old self again. She makes you want to move out in an instant.
OVERALL - RUN AWAY, DON'T BRAKE HERE TO SEE THEIR FLOORPLANS...STEP ON IT AND KEEP GOING!!!
Good Side - great location to highways and stores and schools if you have children
