I should have known when I moved in and the 3rd BR felt like it was falling off the house to turn and run! The shower needed replaced and 8 months later they r fixing it, but they used my vaccum to suck up drywall and water, sanded the drywall so I had a huge mess, used my towels to clean up the water when they cracked the pipe and flooded my LR. Nothing was covered up so I lost pictures, and priceless items from my son as a baby, everything that was on my table (expensive had bag, papers for work, etc) all ruined. They used my serving dishes to catch the water, used toilet paper to wipe up water and had their personal things all over my bed! I was told the heat needed to be turned up to 70 so the plaster could dry, my gas bills r already almost 300 a month, with no compensation, when I got up the next morning my LR was again flooded cuz they didnt test the drain and water was pouring from my celing. They topper is when they put my plaster covered vaccum back in the closet they ruined my boots as well, and I have been told that they decided not to replace my purse and boots and was given 20 dollars to replace 2 rugs (runners) and 3 sets of towels, and they decided what kind of vaccum to give me and is wasnt the 400 one they ruined! DONT BOTHER MOVING IN HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
