Twelve Trees wasn't my first choice but I waited to long to get an apartment and was stuck choosing twelve trees,
The apartment was not finished being repaired when I had the tour. Our "second bedroom" was really a den and did not have a door. Took them a couple months to put the door on.
The property manager is rude unless your dealing with something that is their fault and inconviencing you.
The Top Floor Leaks to the bottom floor. They can't seem to fix it no matter what they do.
The Landscapping is terrible.
There is no insulation between floors. Top Floor can hear everything from the bottom floor.
It is just a terrible place to live in general.
If you are looking for an apartment.... check out some of the better apartment complexes like springford or village of pineford.

You are so right. You can hear EVERYTHING! It's AWFUL! If they are going to put in new appliances why can't they add some insulation too?

Exactly. I feel so bad because We are the top floor and we can have the TV at 18 out of 100 and the bottom floor can hear us. The poor girl downstairs is pregnant and we dont mean to disturb her but it is impossible. When we have people over we keep everything to a minimum and yet nothing works. I cant wait... I have 4 months left in this lease... and were moving to the terraces of springford.
