They are really working on the place, and have hired new maintenance staff that are very friendly and capable. Manager has a lot to do, but gets it done. Be kind and patient, and they will return the favor. Very comfortable living and for the price, one of the best deals around. A bit at a time, the old problems are being solved.

NO ONE WROTE NICE THINGS. EVERYONE HATES LIVING HERE. IF YOUR GONNA RUN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, YOU SHOULD SEE TO IT THAT THE RESIDENTS ARE HAPPY CONSIDERING THEY ARE ----IN STUCK HERE FOR 12 MONTHS WITH A NO BREAKING THE LEASE POLICY!!! (REALLY????) APPARENTLY IF YOU READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS!!!! THIS IS THE MOST BACKWARDS PLACE EVER. IT IS PRACTICALLY A ----IN OLD FOLKS HOME.

well you can let me know who you are and id be happy to end your lease early.....you are more then welcome to leave.....just let me know your apartment # and id be happy to see to it that you get out of your lease with no punishment

I am moving in here in August and the manager has not been nothing but nice to me and has gotten back to me with in a hour that i call. And no i am not the manager. They are really makeing a lot of changes that i have seen outside as well as in... Maybe if you call instead of bitching it would solve everything.. Do you tell them that your not happy, Do you tell them there is something wrong with you place.. No didn't think so.. Grow up.. And if the manager does not do anything at that point then go above.. Hello!!!!

What kind of a manager writes like that and speaks to people like that? Her unprofessionalism should be your first clue to what you're going to get if you live here. It's only downhill once you sign your lease. Also, it's obvious both posts are from the manager. In both she doesn't capitalize the letter "i" and she misspells in both as well. They are the same writer. Illiterate and unprofessional.

I lived in this place and thought the the parking sucked and it was too dark at night and the walls were paper thin. I did enjoy the fact that my kids had lots to do and i hated the fact that the pool which we paid for was never open. Also when it came time for us to leave b/c we purchased a home they wouldn't even let us out of our lease 5 months early they threatened to sue us it was very stressful. I had just had twins and we were new to harrisburg it was very unprofessional.
