Good maintenance, just watch your kids, they tend to drive really fast and rip around corners.
Electricity goes out alot.
Very poor insulation. Cold air comes right through the front sliding door/window.
Very inefficent Heating system.
Heating bill for one month peaked at $173 This winter, and that was keeping the apartment at a cool 65 degrees.
Parking seemed to be insufficient in some areas.
