Twin lakes is a double edged sword. This place is beautiful(at least the side by the pool is). Its almost like theyre two complexes in one because the other side is crowded, loud and dirty, and the pool/school side is quiet, secluded, and nice. We choose this place based on the location and view.

Now there are major problems inside. The outlets are horrible and barely hold a plug in them. Our heater and AC have broken many times but this last time they odered and installed brand new ones. The insilation here is HORRIBLE!!! Its gas heat that we pay and in the winter we pay anywhere from $150 to $350 for heating bills a month and thats with the heat set only at 75. The windows and doors leak air like crazy and they only suggest you cover them in plastic. The appliances are new for the most part and thats what they mean by "newly rennovated".

We have a big noise problem. We have had many bad neighbors that slam doors that will cause picture frames to fall off the wall, loud sex neighbors, and even neighbors with kids that slam balls against the wall. You can hear almost everything!!

I havent had much of an issue with crime here. There have been a few incidances but they were sparatic things that would/could happen anywhere theres alot of people.

Management and staff are great here. They handle complaints and issues proffesionally and quickly(Except for the leaky doors).

I would recommend this place but for short term only and please be sure you can afford the rent and high heat bills.

I'm not trying to say that all people have issues living around other cultures/races, but it is apparent that some people do. I'm just glad I recently moved into my own home! I will not comment any further on this issue. Good Luck to you!

That's obvious! But don't concern yourself with a person's opinion if you don't feel your included in it! Do you realize there is freedom of speech! There will be more comments than just mine on this web page. What will you do respond to all of them that you can't see!

Wow...umm...yeah I was only asking you a question and never once said anything in regards to your freedom of speech. This is about the apartment and area buddy not your own personal issues.
