I guess everyone has their own experience at any rental property. Mine has been great! I live on the first floor of the main apartments across from the playground area. There are drafts during the winter time on the windows but nothing extreme. Any problems I've had have been taken care of promptly within 24 hours by the friendly maintenance staff. Office personnel are very nice. I can hear the floors squeaking from the people above me but have never heard our neighbors on either side of us. The kids sometimes get loud outside in the summer, but never really late at night. Snowremoval is prompt on the sidewalks but could be improved on the roads. No complaints here!
