Twin Lakes is awful! Its not loud, or dirty really but there's so many more problems. There Condensation mold all over our walls. I clean them one day and it comes back the next, the neighbors have the same issues. The outlits are upside down'!' WTF'' Who does that. The paint is so cheap that if you whipe your walls the paint comes off onto the cloth. They raise the rent every year. This year our rent was supposed to go up $20 and yet they took the pool away for budget reasons (and yet they raised our rent wtf!) I've only lived here one year and I am more than excited to get the heck out of here. The management is the worst I've ever seen. They could care less about you or anything you bring to their attention. Tomm. I have one of the managers from PMI coming to my house to check out the mold, I cant wait to hear what kind of excuses they will come up with. I've been sick on and off ever since I've lived here, after doing some research I found that the mold definitely has something to do with that. Do yourself a favor, DONT COME TO LIVE HERE

What planet do you come from!!! Are you sure you live in Twin Lakes, live here alittle longer and you will find out its loud noisy and dirty, just look around the back apartment buildings and look at all the trash laying OUTSIDE the dumpster and down the bank, can't wait to MOVE OUT OF HERE....

I personally am pretty happy with my apartment. Since I moved in over 6mos ago, I haven't had many issues. The neighbors either stay to themselves or speak. I live near the pool and it is clean and quite here.

I've lived here for awhile and all these complaints are not needed. Be glad you don't live at the the other complexes like, Pennswoods or Lakewood hills they are all GHETTO!! I haven't had any problems, yet. It's quite were I live and no one bothers me. Maintenance is great!!
