I've resided here for over two years and have had nothing but problems. My kitchen and bathroom faucets have been fixed numerous of times and at this time they need fixed again. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now for someone to come in and fix them. The mold in the bathroom is ridiculous, and trust me it's not due to poor housekeeping. I've reassured myself by checking with other neighbors. The carpet is the cheapest carpet I've ever seen and they have enough nerve to keep your security deposit to have the carpets cleaned (unless you can present a receipt showing it was professionally done). The management will seem to be friendly until you've signed on to a lease and then they can't even waive to you when you pass them in the street. The place is only looking out for their profit!! They decided this year that they aren't going to open the pool. The tenants even gathered a large petition signed by residence wanting to keep the pool open and they did do not care what we want!! They said they are not going to open it because of cost which makes no sense to me since they raise the rent each year. Trust me...DON'T DO IT!! Check out Lakewood Hills. Yes they are more expensive but they care about the wants and needs of their residence and they are very well kept.........SEE YOU THERE!!

Honestly, anywhere you go is going to have its problems. But you are making a huge mistake going to lakewood hills!!! You'll be broke before the years out. Especially when you have to pay seperately for your water, sewer and trash($70 more a month). Good Luck!! I'like living here at twin lakes. Maybe the pool will be open next summer. You never know.

Lived at Twin Lakes for over 8 years & always enjoyed the swimming pool. This year they are not opening it and they say possibly never will again. They say its not cost effective. I'm really disappointed. Now they are picking on the kids about their remote controlled cars etc. What would you like them to do in the summer without a pool? I stopped by the office for info on the neighborhood pools we could join as they said they had info....but of course they had no information. THEN I asked if we could possibly use the pools at the other apts that PMI owns....the manager hemmed & hawed. The office staff has been very rude this year...what's going on with management at Twin Lakes?
