The most unprofessional, uncaring, unconcerned management staff I've ever come across. Doesn't care about the people's concerns and questions and doesn't take them into consideration. Abnoxious and rude!!! I can't believe how poorly managed this place is. Does not set a warm impression for out-of-towners. Considerate enough in the beginning, only to get you locked into the lease. Maintenance is even a problem. Nothing is Village Knoll's fault or concern. Emergencies don't even get answered. It's a disgrace!
