I find Village Knoll to be extremely caring, not only for residents but also for their pets. A safe place to walk with your pet and there is an exercise area on the property complete with poop scoop bags!
The property is set just minutes from shopping and yet residential to provide peace when you get home. I like it and so do my 2 dogs.

That's what you think now! We are previous tenants and let me tell you, you WILL be charged for the carpeting. We shampooed and steam cleaned our apartment before we left and they still charged us to replace the whole carpet = $920! My carpet did NOT have pet odor as they said it did. And we didn't receive any move out paperwork and no move out inspection, but yet they wanted to charge us. It was crazy....I also know of another family that got charged. At first when you move in they advertise that pets are welcome and then "waive" the pet deposit. But wait until you move out! They are not so pet friendly then!
