In response to dont live here if your "black"
I am an ------- American who lives at Joya circle and has lived here for many years and will continue to live here.

I have never been treated with anything but with respect. Many of my nieghbors here are also ------- Amercian who are very happy.

Dont be swayed by one angry person who may be leaving under conditions like not paying there rent or just be disgruntuled.

You're obviously living in a fantasy world or you're SINGLE, because this complex has TARGETED MANY BLACK FAMILIES to VACATE the premises under the pretense of children being too noisy/busy. Your comment "Dont be swayed by one angry person who may be leaving under conditions like not paying there rent or just be disgruntuled" doesn't hold any validity in this case! Why don't you tell all of this to the 19 BLACK families that were given only 30 days to vacate or they would be LOCKED OUT and their belongings KEPT! The police even had to step in and tell management that they could NOT do this to people!Tell this to a close friend of mine that was referred to as "you black people". Tell this to the families that have been trying to obtain other means of habitation and CAN'T because YOUR PRECIOUS management has given them all bad references! The media and several different agencies have been contacted about this so before you bad-mouth "one angry person" maybe you should get more educated in the situation. THANK YOU!For YOUR INFORMATION, Village Knoll has been under scrutiny and investigation because of what was stated in the post "There's no "joya" at Village Knoll..." so before you start criticizing INCORRECTLY, learn the full FACTS! I would bet that either you're single, or don't have children. These are the FAMILIES that have been OUSTED from this complex. Is THAT clear enough for you? I bet you're not even "------- American"; you're probably one of the managers just trying to save FACE...and learn how to spell THEIR and DISGRUNTLED!

I live @ Village Knoll and I pay my rent on time. I have been there for about 3 years. Village Knoll is a nice place to live, I like the improvements that have been made, how quite it is and how rapid they respond to maintanance issues.
