I lived there for almost 3 yrs. The apartments are not worth the $700 you pay a mo. It isn't that bad of a place but, you can hear the person up stairs breathe. The walls are very thin. When I moved out, i cleaned everything. Everything was ok. The 2 guys that inspected the apartment, while i was there, said all was ok and I wouldn't get charged for the carpets that they would replace them since they didn't match to begin with. I steamed the carpets and still got charged $125 for the cleaning of the carpet. If they are replacing them, why did I get charged' In the summer time, it is very loud. Music and bass every where. The location is good but, it still seems like you are in the middle of the city. The apartments are not worth the rent you pay and the rent goes up $10 every yr. but, you have to sign another 12 mo. lease. If you go mo. to mo. after that, it's $20 extra a mo. I finally bought a new house and will never have my friends go to this place. Take photos of the apartment when you move in and again when you move out. There were lots of things wrong when I moved in and told them about it. They said it would be ok and now I'm getting charged for those things. It just seems shady. Find someplace else to live.

We just recently moved in here, and we had a person from the Dauphin County Housing Authority come in before we moved in. We also took over a hundred photos of the apartment to have as evidence in case the woman in charge tries to charge us or take us to court. :) I would like to see her try. They gave us such a hard time with the paper you had to fill out before you moved in... letting them know what was wrong with the place... the woman is very unprofessional and treated us like dirt, basically, and we had only been here like a week, hahaha. Um, I really can't wait to move out. We took this apartment because we needed a quick place to live and not we are paying the price. To anyone who is seriously considering moving in here, I would reconsider it.... I would seriously reconsider it.
