We are paying top dollar for low grade living quarters. We pay the same amount as an upgraded apartment, but not living in one. Was promised upgrades upon signing of lease and still have not received any. Appliances are old and defective, fridge freezes contents on lowest setting, heat vent do not disperse evenly, over all maintenance work is below satisfactory, snow removal seems to be a harder task than what it is, finnally getting in contact with office personell is like pulling teeth from a lion. Kids are required to play in an old unused tennis court. Take in mind that the poles for the nets are still in the middle (but no nets). On Wednsdays the tennis courts are for pets only , so where do the kids go''''''' Managment has constant drive for dictatership. For example one apt. is allowed and another isn't. Favortism is a must in this complex.
