I have lived here for almost five years now. Five years too long but circumstances being what they are we have not been able to move as of yet. Since we have lived here we have made complaints about a big problem we are having with roaches. They sent maintenance in with traps for our apt only, and finally an exterminator to put some bait down. However this did not work because they did not do the whole building. Just two weeks ago they sent the exterminator back to put more bait down supposedly in the whole building but this is still not working as we still have a big roach problem. Also since we have lived here we have had nothing but problems with our heat and air conditioner, instead of fixing things the right way they just tinker with it to get it to work because they are too cheap to spend the money on the parts that are needed. The best thing would be for them to replace a lot of the units because they are so old anyhow. Because of them not fixing the problem correclty we spend more for electric then we should be. Anytime you call with a problem you have to leave a message because no one answers the phone and it takes days for them to send someone to fix it, if they come at all. Parking here is a pain at times because there is no assigned parking and visitors park in front of your apt instead of elsewhere. We have parking permits which are not enforced so why bother having them. We have had cars parked in our lot that have not moved for a year or more some with and without permits. One last thing about maintenance is: they think that they can just walk into your apt whenever they want to even if you are not home. They will not schedule calls so that you can be sure to be home and when they have to do something major like change windows, etc. they only give you two days notice if you are lucky to have the area cleared for them to do it. Also there is no storage at all, and the kitchen has hardly any storage at all. I can go on and on about why this place is a horrible place to live. We are miserable here and hope to move soon.
