For the most part this truly is a nice place to live, you are generally close to everything you need and 81 and 83 are easily accessed.

The neighbors are quite nice but you do have your occassional jerk offs, we have lived here for about a month and we are the lucky one's that have a jerk off below us. The walls generally hold the noise down to a minimal level but if you enjoy playing loud music or playing bass guitar, this probably isn't the place for you.. for your neighbors won't appreciate it a bit!

We are going to try and see how the management resolves this matter, as for anyone else that has this problem, legal advice is generally free and it can be very useful if management is reluctant to do anything.

At all costs ultimately, try to work with your leasing office, if this doesn't help.. contacting local authorities, aka police and having your problems documented will aide to your case, if it means you will have to break the lease agreement w/o penalites.

Good luck with dealing with the leasing office as our first year here we had a drunk living above us that would blast his music at 3,4 am in the morning just about Every weekend and we tryed going through the leasing office to no avail as well as finally calling the police of whom told us that we should think about moving (when the cop got here turned out he knew the guy from him being in jail in the past.)didnt say anything about them blasting their music and smoking pot but told us that we should move when we were just trying to get some sleep. Thank god they moved after our first year here and the noise level hasnt been much of a problem since.
