Great place to live. Very child and pet friendly. Children have a craft room which can be used. All the children get along very well. Helpful staff that always try to appease residents. Maintanence repairs problems very quickly! Residents look out for one another. Manager is very helpful, very sweet and does everything in her power to make sure life goes smooth here. Lived here for one year and NO CRIME has occured since we have been here. I feel very safe and secure. We are very happy here and plan on living here for a couple of years yet. I have recommended Village Knoll to quite a few people.

How can you comment on a craft room that has barely been opened? They have tryed things in the past that have not lasted so dont hold your breath that this will be any different. After you have been here a little longer you will find that the staff is not so quick to appease you anymore espescially if you "complain"to much because they are not taking care of a problem or if you have to go without a/c in 90 degree weather or god forbid you should have a pest problem that you want them to get rid of. Obviously you have not had any major issues in your first year here or you would not be finding the staff to be so quick to appease you. Unless perhaps you are a goody goody. (meaning in with the manager) just in case you didnt know what I meant.
