Its like being in college with the slumlords ruling your every move. Not only does the property manager discipline you like a child but she even has a snoop that patrols the neighborhood to rat out your ever "naughty". Being a recent college grad should be about freedom and experiencing life as an adult yet im afriad to leave my wet shoes on the porch or ask to have maintance done. theres even a quiet time here''' r u serious'' DONT EVER LIVE HERE

Being a recent college grad IS about freedom and experiencing life as an adult... so why do you act like a child? If someone leaves his/her wet shoes on the front porch, I most certainly hope it is not a college grad. I don't want to live somewhere that allows people to make a mess on their porches with smelly shoes or wet clothes. I find it very beneficial that there ARE neighbors and people who look out for me here, which is much different than the "slumlords" back at college. I enjoy living in an apartment community where the property manager and staff support quiet hours and appropriate apartment appearances. If you acted in a mature and adult way, maybe you wouldn't be "disciplined" or "ratted out" for your every "naughty". I have never had a problem with maint. Village Knoll has become a perfect home for many of us. I'm sorry that you haven't been a good fit in a great community.

ARENT THEY PAYING ALMOST 800 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR THAT PORCH IF SOMEONE WANTS TO POOP ON THAT PORCH THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO FOR THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THIS SECTION 8 HOUSING THIS PLACE IS JUST HALL MANOR WITH A COAT OF A BAD PAINT JOB THE RATING IS 35 PERCENT GIVE IT UP

I had no idea that these were section 8. I am glad someone told me. As for the rest, I would not be comfortable. No matter what I pay, I expect to keep my porch clean.
