Let me see, where do I start' We lived in this apartment complex for a year under the current management. We could not and I mean could not wait to get out of there...AC/Heat pump needed fixed about 13-15 times in one year. Apartment manager meaner than dirt! Over flowing dumpsters, kids out at all times of the night, kids playing with electrical boxes/AC Units. Heaven forbid if you requested something to be repaired, you became public enemy number one...You were watched as if you were five, but then again if you were five, you were not supervised at all. As a tenant if you complained you were scolded. We had squirrels living in the walls and ceiling of the apartment. (Keep in mind this was a second floor apartment.) Tub did not have a proper drain plug, had to buy one at Wal-Mart. When the heat was out in the winter, they gave you dangerouse small electric heaters that were more expensive to run then even their rigged up heat pumps; on very cold winter nights these electric heaters were not sufficent to heat up the apartment. Weather stripping around doors, kept the doors from closing tight. You could see daylight, and feel cold air in the winter. When the AC/Heat unit did work, it was very expensive because maintence did not replace with good parts. Instead they would go to an unrented apartment and get old parts from there, not knowing if they even worked;if they could not get old parts out of other apartments they would pretend to fix it. Hence, it would break down right away...
Lease contracts are changed upon convenience of the management. NEED I SAY ANY MORE...:( THIS IS FACT, NOT FICTION...DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AND DON'T EXPECT REPAIRS DONE RIGHT OR IN A TIMELY MANNER.
