Clean, safe and convenient. Village Knoll has its warts, what apartment complex doesn't' But overall it is safe. I don't understand how people can say parking is a problem. The lots are mostly empty, even at night. There are ample spaces for every apartment to have two cars. It is quiet, safe and pet friendly. What more can you ask'
