absolutely horrible! extremely poor management skills. that staff is very rude and unhelpful with any situation. i would never recommend village knoll to anyone! i lived there for over a year and after two months i already wanted to move out!

Two months and you wanted to leave, probably you were not the type for Village Knoll. I have lived here a year and this is what I like, a good nights sleep because of the quiet time, excellent maintenance whenever I call, wonderful place for my dogs, and an office staff that is always helpful.

haha ----- is probably the one that wrote the response here because that is what she does all day, gets on here and tries to make this place not seem so bad because she sure is not returning phone calls!!!!! A good nights sleep? the walls are thin as paper, you can hear every move your neighbor makes! Excellent maintenance? Yeah right your electric bill will be outrageous due to the leaky showers and holes under the door letting all the air in!!! Office staff always helpful?? please, they NEVER return calls! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I went to check out the place and the rental office smelled like dog urine, the apartments were so super small, so expensive and not in good repair. ------, the rental agent, tried to insist how great it was to live there, and even trashed other area apartment communities in an effort to get me to sign a lease. No way! There are literally animals all over the place, lots of dogs barking constantly! It's ridiculous. Don't even bother wasting your time looking!

I'm very impressed with the place. Granted, one of the office ladies is NOT pleasant, but I've lived elsewhere where the people we're half as friendly as my neighbors! No bad experience here!
