I've lived here for a month, and I think the past reviews must have been written by disgruntled past tenants. The apartment is in great shape, it's a good price for the area, nice location, pleasant neighbors and office staff, and maintenance is quick to get here. Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily - definitely not a party community. But it's nice!

Nope! If you noticed they have an e mail address, you do not. It is always said if you can't sign your name, comments are not true. Yes this comment is written by the manager this time. Get on with your life, sorry you have nothing better to do.

If you are indeed the manager, what a shame. It is highly unprofessional to comment at this site and generalize that this person has no life. It does not bode well for the management. Also, keep in mind that just because someone does not leave their name does not mean the comments aren't true. They may just be afraid of retaliation from management or staff members.

This is really funny! First of all, the manager needs to get on with their life. What a sad sad women. And secondly it might be anonymous but, since it seems like you have nothing better to do with your time, who is to say you didnt make up a fake account just to write how wonderful village knoll is. haha since nobody else is

Yes, the manager has nothing better to do---since she obviously is not taking care of her tenants!
