I currently live at Village Knoll and have been for about a year and a half. At the beginning it seemed fine, but once you live here for a while you start to see the incompetency of the managment and lack of maintenance. One plus is that it is a pet friendly complex and you can actually have two dogs. Since the maintenance is either too lazy or grossly understaffed there are piles of dog feces everywhere you look. They do however have a small tennis court that you can leave you dog unleashed, but it is in need of serious repair. There is no lock on the door so you have to be careful that your dog doesn't get out. The fence is old, rusty, and falling down in some places. I have made many complaints about the fence and as of yet nothing has been done. Weeds and trees are growing into the tennis court with free will. This allows your dog the perfect chance to chew plants it probably shouldn't. If this was it I might be inclined to forgive them, but the lights don't work. So, even though you are allowed to have you dogs out until eight o'clock you might be playing fetch in the dark. There is a old and dangling basketball hoop that is clearly a hazard to anything that might be underneath it. To top it off a couple months back they thought it would be a great idea to put a huge pile of debris in the corner. They then have the audacity to put up a sign telling renters to keep their dogs off their gargage pile.
I could go on all day about how much resentment I have for the management at Village Knoll, but I think you get the idea.

I would like to thank you for this review. I am currently moving to the area from North Carolina. I try to read reviews from tenants before picking an apt. Tenants can write reviews but when you have pictures has prove it seals the deal. Reading the other reviews it seems that there is alot of DRAMA within this community also, something else i try to stay clear of. When you have one person saying this is wrong with the community you take your chances of staying there but when the whole community hates the place what more do you need other than these pics so again thanks so much for helping to not make a HUGH MISTAKE
