I am also a resident at village knoll and I completely back up everything you said in your posting. The office staff is awful. As stated in the above posting they are rude and if there is something wrong with the place it is always the residents at fault. If you want an example of just how unprofessional this place is, read the posting on here from --------. Any good respectable manger would not come on a message board and bash everyone for complaining. If people are on here complaining it's obvious that there is a problem. I highly dislike Village Knoll and I regret ever moving here. Sadly, I still have a few more months left on my lease......Think twice before moving here.

Honestly, I agree too. The maintenance men are very nice, and have responded promptly about all the issues that we have had. They are VERY nice. However, the office staff is incompetant and has NO respect for the tenants. The communication is horrible in the office--and there are many complaints among the residents (there is obviously a problem!) I was called BY THE OFFICE to post a positive response to the negativity that has been placed on this website...and I would LOVE to be able to do that, but it is unfortunate that it is not possible. Like I said, I love the maintenance, and they are very nice and prompt, but there are a LOT of issues.
Snow removal is rediculous (among other issues), and the landlord does not seem to respect her tenants. I would love to formally complain, but will wait until our lease is up.

I am the Leasing Consultant at Village Knoll and I am the one who made the calls to residents because of the negative, untrue comments that our "anonymous" resident chooses to post to misrepresent Village knoll.
I am also a resident with two dogs. I lived here before I became a leasing consultant and had and have nothing but positive things to say about this community. People who know me at all would know that I am an ethical person who would not promote a community in which I did not believe.
We are very up front with potential residents about what to expect at Village Knoll. They are told that we are not a party community, that we have a quiet time from 10PM to8AM, that a nationwide criminal check will be done on anyone who resides at Village Knoll. Also, if the prospective tenant has a dog they are told they must pick up after their animals. All of this is in the lease they sign when they become residents. Most people appreciate our policies because they get a good night's sleep, have a safe environment and know that management will take care their complaints.
I did call some residents about the situation that was taking place and that we feared it could hurt our chances of getting a dog park here at Village Knoll. This has been a dream of many of the residents and employees of Village Knoll. In no way was it meant to try to intimidate anyone or bribe them.
As far as maintenance goes, I know that when I take a work order from a resident it will be done the next working day with very few exceptions and in an emergency there is a 24 hour emergency number.
Are we perfect? No. But those who are may "throw the first stone" or the second or third...........-------
