I moved into Village Knol last Year. I have had no complaints about the Management or Maintenance. If I have needed something fixed they were there On time and when they said they would be there. I am Handicapped and they have Accomidated me in any way possible. As for the piles of dog poop. I have a dog and was told it was my responsability to clean up after my dog. So for the guy complaing about the dog Poop and the tennis court. Its your responsability to CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR OWN DOG not management or Maintenance. They do allow dogs to run on the tennis court. Management also told me about the pile of dirt being there and also told me it would be removed. They are even trying to get a dog park for everyones dogs. So if the tennis court is not suitable for you right now, Don't be lazy and take your dog for a walk. Stop Complaining just for something to complain about.

We clean up after our dog, and still get told that there is a hundred dollar fine PER bag if it is left on the porch (even if it is for a day/night)... Yes, the dumpster is available...however, we pay rent and should have the right to keep garbage on the porch if it is removed promptly. Management is NEVER around when you need them, but are right on our butts if there is a so-called "problem". VERY unprofessional if you ask me.

There is a diffence bewteen picking up after your pet and maintaining the property. Most tenants do pick up after their pets, but are we response to fix the rust old fences? That wasn't in the lease.
