once again i must add that it is completely unprofessional and immature for the office staff to be responding to the reviews of current and past tenants. obviously there is something wrong if there is so many complaints. it would probably be more beneficiary for both the office staff and the current tenants of village knoll, if the staff members spent their time on something more productive than wasting their time trying to defend their selves on internet websites and blaming all of their problems on "problem" tenants. sorry to inform you but not all tenants leaving bad comments were bad tenants. and yes most of the tenants that did leave bad remarks did have a bad experience. this does not automatically mean it was the tenants fault. in summary this place needs to learn to take the negative comments posted and grow from them. not act like elementary kids and bash the users for their opinions.

i too had brown water. maybe we need to get together and complain to the department of consumer protection or the health department.
