NO KIDS ALLOWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first time that I've ever wrote a review but could not resist after my experience at Village Knoll. Before I lived here, my boyfriend had an apt. here for aprox. 1 year. We decided to move in together and it has been pure hell since day 1. I made the mistake of placing an ironing board on the patio w/ wet clothes hanging from it to dry on a hot afternoon, and the next day we recieved 2 infractions in regards to the ironing bored and for my daughter's bike being on the patio. Not only that, but the landlord proceeded to privately send my boyfriend a letter in short saying that this was not that type of neighborhood meaning low class (ironing bored) and that she didn't understand why I would do such a thing that she didn't want me to ruin his good history of being a tenant. At that time I apologized and did my absolute best to "not give her a reason to inproperly judge me and my family". About a month later the maintenance man let us know that we might be getting a notice for my daughter outside playing loudly in which the maintanence man said to us that he told the landlord they were just being kids. We never recieved that notice but were dictated to that at no time can the kids be loud outside, play in front of the apts, in back, beside, or ride bikes. That they could only be in the tennis court IF there wasn't a resident with a dog in there. And that even in the tennis court not to be loud. I proceeded to let the landlord know at that time that that was fine but that I would be looking into a different residence that I didn't feel it was a kid friendly environement. 2 weeks later we recieved a eviction notice that went on for 4 paragraphs about my boyfriends son and grill. My boyfriend's son was caught behind the house shutting off a resident's electricity. Nothing having to do with me or my kids but somehow he was being evicted but was told he could stay here if he wanted but I couldn't. This was mind bogling to me considering IN A 15 YEAR STRETCH OF LIVING ON MY OWN I HAVE NEVER ONCE HAD ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT NOR DID I EVER COME ANYWHERE NEAR EVICTION!! At that time I made an attempt to contact her to see if we could get an extention for 60 to 90 days, but she did not return my call. At this point I don't even want a call back and left her a message saying so. I will be moving out within 29 days and don't know where im going to go with such short notice with my 2 daughters and boyfriend but my biggest concern and motivator of writing this review is that this women has assasinated my character on multiple occasions and for no good reason. Of course she could not send down a notice saying move out because you have kids. She gave my boyfriend 2 notices but somehow turned that into my fault so that she could get me and my children out in order to continue down the road of making this solely a dog community. A short note on the dogs....While my kids were repromanded for being loud outside at no time did I make a complaint about the barking dogs at all hours of the day and night...That's fine....I have a townhouse that I will be moving into as soon as someone else moves out but don't know where I will be going in between now and then. Who knows how many daycares and schools my children will have to adjust to in the mean time. The landlord gives off an upity attitude like she is better than everyone and she can continue on her mission to act like shes living in the Hamptons and her dream of dog ---- everywhere....Within a few short months my kids and I can live a normal life without being partrolled and expected to live as mutes...One last comment....More than 5 visits by maintenance has not fixed the leaking central air that has soaked the carpet....and mold has taken over the bathroom....
